What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
The roommate will not be approved to lease/live onsite.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, pending no damages or final water utility bills.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
You would have to provide 60-day written notice, pay an early termination fee and pay back any concessions given.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Lease will automatically default into a MTM lease after completion, unless you renew or give a 60-day written notice. A month to month fee will apply.
Do you offer short term lease options?
We currently offer 12+ month leases or longer. Subject to change.
Am I required to have renter's insurance?
Yes, $100,000 worth of personal liability coverage. The policy must have your apartment address listed and there must be coverage for all adults leaseholders.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Yes, we offer furnished apartment packages.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Please contact the office, via phone, email, or resident portal.
When is my rent payment due?
On the first of every month (including holidays).
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late fees begin on the 4th.
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Yes, you are responsible for payments getting into the office on time.
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes, the online resident portal.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
As long as it is no longer than 14 consecutive days.
Do you have reserved parking?
Yes, there is a monthly cost associated with a reserved parking space.
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In any parking space designated for vehicles.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, the office should be made aware and they should be added to the lease as minor occupants.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
No, there is a community satellite dish in place for all residents use.
Do you have cable services?
Yes, you are able to choose from AT&T or Spectrum.
Does the property have a fitness center?
Yes, we have a 24 hour fitness center available for residents.
Does the property have a swimming pool?
Yes, we have a swimming pool.
How many guests can I have at the swimming pool?
We permit our residents to have 2 guests per apartment with them at the pool and the resident must be present.
Does the property offer on-site recycling?
Yes, we have a valet service offering door to door trash and recycling pick-up 5 nights a week.
Are grills of any kind permitted at your property?
No, our community has 1 electric and 2 gas grills available onsite for resident use.
Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
Yes, we have additional storage space onsite.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Our community offers Fetch to all residents, all you need to do is simply sign up with the link you are sent at move in.
